While deeply upsetting for us all, we know that the riots will leave many of us feeling especially scared and vulnerable and it’s important we can help support each other.
We have provided some guidance and links to support below which you can use to help signpost and share with your communities:

MIND offer a Wellbeing support line - Our Support Line (0300 102 1234) – is a free safe and confidential option for people needing some emotional support right now. Available weekdays 9am-6pm.
Muslim Community Helpline (0208 904 8193 / 0208 908 6715) – is a free confidential, non-judgemental listening and emotional support service. Available weekdays 10am-1pm.
Muslim Youth Helpline (0808 808 2008) – is a free faith and culturally sensitive support service provided by phone, live chat, WhatsApp or email. Available everyday 4-10pm.
Inspirited Minds – is a faith based, grassroots mental health charity predominantly supporting those from Islamic faith. They provide a charged for counselling support via online messaging, telephone, video and face-to-face.
Refugee Council – provides support and advice to refugees and people seeking asylum. This includes their specialist mental health support such as counselling and peer support groups.
Young Minds: Self-care guide for young Muslims – provides tips and advice on self-care from an Islamic perspective.
Our Self-care library – MIND self care library provides a range of free activities to support your wellbeing. These include wellbeing, grounding and breathing activities.
