President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris were sworn in at the US Capitol on the 20th of January 2021. Harris made history as the first female, first Black and first South Asian Vice president.
President Joe Binder becomes the 46th president of the United States. The inaugural ceremony took place on the West Front of the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. He became the oldest sitting president, the first president from Delaware, and the second Catholic president.
PERSONAL LFE
On December 18, 1972, Biden lost his first wife and one-year-old daughter in an accident that took both mother and child. His second wife, teacher Jill Tracy Jacobs, revived his interest in politics and life again. They both met on a blind date and were married at the United Nations Chapel in New York on June 17, 1977, they have two sons together.
