A Man chased by a police officer who ran through the Police cordon to take mobile phone photo's of the dead woman in Reading on Bank Holiday Monday.
The officer made sure the person deleted the photos of his mobile phone. The young man was lead away from the area very swift and told to leave the area or face being arrested.
It shows people will do anything to take a photo. The officer in his line of duty made sure the photos were erased from the man's phone.
The police officer said it would be distressful for her family members at this time to see it all over social media.
Should the law be charged ?
And should it be a criminal matter if people are spotted by police taking photos at scenes like this.
We would like your views on this as a breaking story.
