🌟 Job vacancy: Victims First Hub Manager 🌟

A unique and exciting opportunity to lead our Victims First Hub, managing the resilience, performance and capability of our hub team and supporting victims of crime.


Victims First provides free emotional and practical support to victims and witnesses of crime, as well as family members of victims, living in the Thames Valley (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes).


Support is delivered by a specialist team of Victims First Officers out of our Victims First Hub.


The hub is the ‘one front door’ into support services for victims of crime, and provides a triage and assessment function to ensure all victims have the option of the right support to meet their needs, and that appropriate referral pathways to support services are delivered.


As Victims First Hub Manager, you will lead our fantastic team of Victims First Officers and manage our Victims First Hub, ensuring it continues to provide exceptional customer service and care, meeting the needs of victims, witnesses and family members of victims across the Thames Valley.


This is a pivotal position within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.


We are looking for a dedicated, experienced professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team whilst maintaining a high standard of service delivery and someone with a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of victims of crime.
