Bee Happy! Craft Pack
Learn all about how to save the bees! Find out about bee-friendly flowers and have a go at planting your own sunflower. Discover more about Sutton’s, a well-known and loved Reading company, and create your own Sutton’s seed packet.
Pack includes: Information sheets, sunflower seeds, Sutton’s seed packet template and decorations.

Indoor and Outdoor Explorer Trails
Become a museum explorer and follow our indoor trail around the museum or outside on our Medieval Animal Trail. Why not have a go at colouring in your trail sheet once you've finished? You can collect your toy prize as you leave the museum!
Suitable for all ages (but please note the toy prize will be suitable for ages 3+) and families. £1 per trail. Purchase your trail here.
Reading Museum Opening Hours
Tuesday to Friday: 10am - 4pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm
Admission is free, but we ask visitors for a suggested donation of £5 towards their visit.
Closed: Sundays, Bank Holidays
Closed: Mondays (Including October school half-term).
Closed: Easter Bank Holiday weekend (including Good Friday), and from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day.
Please be aware we have a lot of school groups using our galleries in term-time weekdays between 10am and 2.15pm, so if you wish to see a particularly gallery it may be advisable to visit outside these times or contact us in advance. The galleries are generally quieter after 2.30pm.
