Covid-19 Vaccination
Second Covid-19 vaccination to be offered earlier to the over-50s and at-risk groups
Appointments for a second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine will be brought forward from 12 to 8 weeks for the remaining people in the top 9 priority groups who have yet to receive their second dose. Please continue to attend your second dose appointment and there is no need to contact the NHS. If your appointment is being brought forward, the NHS will let you know. People under 50 will continue to get their first dose as planned, with their second dose at 12 weeks.
Age Change - Anyone aged 25 or over, or who will turn 25 before 1 July 2021, can now book their vaccination appointment. If you are eligible, you can book your vaccination appointment online. If you are not yet eligible, please wait to be contacted.
The NHS will let you know when it’s your turn to have the vaccine: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/
