Extensive surveillance of Covid-19 has identified a small number of cases of the Covid-19 Delta variant that was first found in India in Wokingham Borough, that cannot be traced back to international travel 🦠

Therefore, we will be carrying out a surge testing programme in the following council wards from Monday 7 to Monday 21 June, to identify any community spread and help restrict further transmission 👇

It’s very important that all residents over the age of 12 who have NO Covid-19 symptoms, and are living, working, or going to school in these areas, get tested at one of our local sites
